REGISTERED AGENT SERVICES

The laws governing Corporations, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and many other types of business entities require the appointment and maintenance of a Registered Agent and Registered Office in all jurisdictions wherein you conduct business. This ensures that each entity conducting business has an office where it may be found and a person at that offIce on whom service can be effected for any Notice of Service of Process.

NRAI, as your agent, will telephone you immediately upon receipt of Service of Process of any nature and forward the legal documents served via Federal Express Economy Service in accordance with your specific instructions.

If you wish to establish National Registered Agents, Inc. as your registered agent in a jurisdiction please complete the following information form and press "submit". NOTE THAT NRAI MUST BE PROVIDED WITH A STREET ADDRESS FOR FORWARDING SERVICE OF PROCESS VIA FEDERAL EXPRESS. An NRAI representative will then contact you to confirm the information and the type of services you require. If this is a Change of Agent for an existing business entity NRAI will complete the necessary forms for your signature and will pay the filing fees for the change.
